*Samples*

We are happy to provide a complimentary sample should you find something on our website that you like. We are able to personalise the sample and create it to match your chosen colour scheme.

Should you require additional samples we make a small charge of £3.00 per sample, including postage and packaging. Any charges made for samples will be deducted from your final invoice should you proceed with an order.

To request a sample please email sarah@fairygodmotherstationery.co.uk. Please include your sample design choice and colour scheme. We will then contact you by email to request further details to allow us to create you a truly personalised sample, including printed insert with your details where applicable.

Due to extremely high demand samples are currently taking two weeks to be posted out. If you require a sample quicker than this please let us know and we will do our best to get something out sooner.

 *Ordering*

Once you have choosen your design please download and complete the order form below with your requirements. Where a completed order form is not provided written confirmation of the order by email will be accepted. Once we have received this email confirmation or a completed order form you will receive written confirmation and invoice after which time you are bound by our Terms and Conditions.

At the time of ordering a 50% deposit is required to secure your order, this is a non- refundable deposit. You can make payments by cheque or by BACS transfer. The balance will be invoiced 6 weeks prior to delivery. If you require your stationery in less than 6 weeks time please contact us to check our schedule. Payment in full will be required when you place your order.

From receipt of your signed proof to completion orders take 4-6 weeks.

Please don't panic if you need your stationery faster than this! If this is the case please contact us be emailing or calling and we will do all that we can to meet your requirements.
