*Samples*

We are happy to provide a complimentary sample should you find something on our website that you like. We are able to personalise the sample and create it to match your chosen colour scheme.

Should you require additional samples we make a small charge of £3.00 per sample, including postage and packaging. Any charges made for samples will be deducted from your final invoice should you proceed with an order.

To request a sample please email sarah@fairygodmotherstationery.co.uk. Please include your sample design choice and colour scheme. We will then contact you by email to request further details to allow us to create you a truly personalised sample, including printed insert with your details where applicable.

Samples take approximately 8 working days to be posted to you. This may be slightly longer in busy periods but we will always contact you by email to let you know!

 

 *Ordering*

Once you have choosen your design please download and complete the order form below with your requirements.

Please send a 50% deposit with your order, we will not be able to start work on your order until this payment has been received. You can make payments by cheque, internet banking or with your credit card via PAYPAL. If you would like to pay by either internet banking or PAYPAL please email sarah@fairygodmotherstationery.co.uk for our account details or to request a paypal invoice. The balance will be invoiced once your order has been completed.

When we have received your completed order form you will be sent a confirmation email. We will also send you a range of fonts for you to choose from and also wording suggestions. These are only a guideline and we are happy to use any font of your choice, where possible and also tweek any wording to your own requirements.

Once you have chosen your font and wording a proof will be sent for your approval. On receipt of your signed proof we will then start creating your stationery!

From receipt of your signed proof to completion orders take 4-6 weeks.

Please don't panic if you need your stationery faster than this! If this is the case please contact us be emailing or calling and we will do all that we can to meet your requirements.
